what get’s you down

Hey fellow Canadians perhaps you would like some cheese to add to your whine. Whining about gas tax but not about having the paved roads to drive on hich those gas tax help pay for. Complaining about then price of gas or having to pay before you pump. All while paying more for bottled water than you do for gas. Cry

Whining about the weather, boo hoo it raining a little like it would kill ya! Cry me a river! Cry me a Niagara falls of tears. B!T*Hing and moaning
about parking tickets when it was up to you to feed the metre.
Those metre maids do not have quotas to fill, so don’t blame them for doing their job.

Cash your GST cheque and still complain about charged GST when you buy something with it. Cry me a river; go ahead and cry. Notice the sea-planes before you buy that waterfront condo but still buy it; now those sea-planes are one more thing to moan and groan about.

Keep electing governments that make conflicting promises that don’t add up so you can complain when they can’t fill them all. Complain about the price
of anything in any store that can’t match walmart’s prices. Oh yes cry me a Niagara fall of tears, boo hoo boo hoo it’s wet out. Hold back the rain.
Don’t want this shelter in my backyard, don’t want these people who lost their home assisted on my dime even though it’s also on their dime.
They have to live somewhere why a flood zone when I live on a fault?

In other words I am a sore loser and redneck peeved they got aid and I
did not.

Whiny stuck up Canadians with your noses so high in the air I can’t see your ugly face.
Nimbys, cry me a river, cry me a Niagara fallss of tears.

Israel oh Israel

It is Hezbollah, that brought this havoc upon Lebanon with their anti-Semitism.
They call themselves “party of God”, but they’re full of hate, or they’d recognize
the Jew’s need a country after all the shit they went through under Hitler’s
reign. In the eighties Arafat’s PLO was a force to be reckoned with in Lebanon;
they too launched rocket and mortar attacks into Northern Israel, leading to
their invasion of Lebanon.  Israel first bombed the South Lebanese
Mountains, destroyed Syria’s 19 mobile sam battery sites in the Bakka Valley
and moved their artillery to surround Beirut and drive the PLO out with shelling
and bombing.  Why do they think Israel should tolerate the same terror
from Hezbollah, which they didn’t tolerate from the PLO?
If the government in Beirut are unable, or unwilling to deal with Hezbollah than
the Israel Forces have to; it is their right and duty to defend their citizens.
Their is no reason for Israel to negotiate with terrorist, and the UN should seriously
consider economic sanctions against Syria and Iran to get them to stop funding
Hammas and Hezbollah. However, the Jew’s should be trying alternative ways to
deal with the Palestinians who also need a country.  If they had citizenship with
a social safety net, or equal opportunity to good jobs they might not have the
desire or time to fight their Jewish neighbours. Long live Israel.

Arms, or Doves?

So on July 12th 2006, Israel is threatening to turn back the clock to the 80’s when they invaded Lebanon.  Too bad their allies (the Christian militia, and South
Lebanonese Army) lost the civil-war.  It is also unfortunate, that both
sides can’t learn form their mistake Israel’s warplanes, and army destroyed
Beirut once before.  Arafat’s PLO was based in Lebanon’s capital
at the time, and Israel wanted to deal with them once and for all, so
they set up artillery around the city and shelled the muslim side.
Little wonder people in Lebanon hate Israel. On the flip side
with rocket attacks, suicide attacks, and kidnappings no wonder Israel
forces pound their enemies. Don’t the Arabs and Israelis realize by now
this vicious circle is a non-solution.  How unfortunate, the Arabs can’t
go of their anti-semitism and the Jews let go of their Zionism.
Maybe, if they gave the Palestinians citizenship with voting rights and
a social safety net, and not imprison them without fair trial they
would feel no need to kill Jews, or push the Israel into the sea.
Although Israel has the right to defend herself there are two ways
to destroy your enemies: one is kill the other way is to make them
your friends.

The key to happiness

Happiness Is

The surest way to find perpetual joy is looking deep within you.  You need not give heed to your occupation, or social status. Although everyone, wants and needs to make a buck being filthy rich won’t buy you happiness nor will it buy you love. By stopping to smell the lilacs along this path we call life you might take note of the silver lining on whatever rain cloud is over of you. With 168 hours to a week what we do with the 35 or 40 hours a week to make ends meet is not necessary what defines us, but what we do with the rest of the time, and how we interact with people including strangers.

Not everyone may not want to be a janitor yet without them schools and office building would be infested with undesired guest.  Our city would be a haven for rats if we didn’t have city employees to haul away our trash.

Are teachers, nurses, and physicians more essential than the anitarians?  Would we even have hospitals or schools if it weren’t for plumbers, electricians, and masonaries? These are just jobs that people are holding for their individual reasons. It is mainly what you with the remanding hours in your week that define you as a person.  Happiness should come from always being the best you can
be in what you do. Forget trying to keep up with the Jones and the Dows live for
today. Enjoy the little  things in life like the rain knowing it may bring a rainbow
and flowers.  The snow looks so nice. Don’t let the weather set your mood let
your attitude set your mood. Always try to be happy cause life’s too short to
be miserable.
